two questions about duvet covers and down comforters?

First of all, are the buttons on a duvet supposed to go up by your head, or by your feet?
Also, how the heck do you stop the comforter from moving around inside the duvet cover? It’s so annoying!

get a proper size duvet cover for your down comforter

Haha I dont think you can stop it from moving around in the cover, but the buttons go at the feet.
