The Summer. How wonderful it was when I could just step outside my house with my little summer dress and flip flops. Children screamed and jumped with joy whenever they heard the happy melody of the ice cream truck passing by. I miss the sweet smell of hamburgers and ribs on the grill and the fun times I had with my family at the beach. The hot summer nights did not affect my sleep at all. I always had my A.C. (air conditioner) on or just one of my favorite duvet covers on my bed. I would close my eyes and inhale the wonderful smell of clean bedding. There was no need to place anything inside of it because it alone was enough to put me at ease.
